CJIS Security Addendum. The Covered Services are multi-tenant cloud services offered as a “community cloud” as defined in the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Special Publication 800-145. Subject to the Agreement, this Amendment, and agreement reached with the CSA, Microsoft will deliver the Covered Services subject to the CJIS Security Addendum as set forth in any version of the CJIS Policy which becomes applicable during the term of the Enrollment amended hereby. Enrolled Affiliate acknowledges the following restrictions on the use of the Covered Services for the processing and storage of Criminal Justice Information:
