Common use of Civil Amenities Clause in Contracts

Civil Amenities. 21.2.1 The Concessionaire shall during the entire term of the Concession Period, in addition to the infrastructure required to be developed, operated and maintained by it under this Agreement, provide and maintain amenities, in adequate numbers and of a quality equivalent to that of the Project Facilities, for common use by the Users of the Project. These shall include drinking water facilities, sanitation facilities, toilets, telephone and communication facilities.
