City will Sample Clauses

City will. A. Permit the Association to use the Nature Center free of charge/rent for Association related events up to 12 times per year. B. Permit the Association to store a small number of items in the basement of the Nature Center. The City does not bear any liability for the loss or damage of items stored in the Nature Center basement. It is the responsibility of the Association to secure any stored items. C. Maintain the property and structure. Maintenance may include landscaping activities, building maintenance, waste removal and recycling, and cleaning the building. All maintenance is subject to available funding.

City will. (a) Remove the irrigated turf at the Sports Field (approximately 177,500 square feet) and replace it with artificial turf requiring no irrigation. City will complete the project and cease using any water from Agency for irrigation at the Sports Field by June 30, 2027 (“Completion Date”). The Completion Date may be extended by mutual written agreement of the parties. (b) Commence work on the project immediately following execution, in order to use the DWR grant funds that are available during the 2025 calendar year. (c) Submit documentation to Agency regularly demonstrating project expenses incurred by City. All project expenses to be reimbursed by Agency must be for work completed by December 31, 2025, and must be documented to Agency by January 31, 2026. (d) Convey a written easement to Agency across ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ for a new filter backwash disposal pipeline. The written easement shall be in a form mutually satisfactory to the parties.

Monitor program compliance and establish a minimum of three quarterly meetings during the school year with KISD, After school Service Provider, and Advisory Committee. Quarterly meetings shall meet no later than November of each year for the first quarter, no later than February for the second quarter, and May for the last quarter and final evaluation of programming. If necessary, a quarterly meeting may be convened during the summer to set up, revise, or review program requirements. 4. Make recommendations regarding programming. 5. Assist/participate with Campus Advisory Committees. 6. Provide funding for program. 7. Approve the After School Program Service Provider, but such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
City will. 1. Participate in coordination calls and meetings with all parties and consultant throughout the development of the Project. 2. Provide a point-of-contact with name, title, and contact information. If the point-of-contact is reassigned or no longer with the CITY, a new point-of- contact must be designated within ten (10) business days. 3. Actively engage in the development of the Project including, but not limited to, promptly responding to all correspondence (i.e., to phone calls and emails) and attending meetings. 4. Review and provide comments to consultant on deliverables as outlined in the Exhibit A. 5. Participate in check-in calls and/or meetings with consultant. Participate in coordination calls with all parties. 6. Approve within ten (10) business days any deliverables that can be approved by staff or twenty (20) business days any items that need to be reviewed by City Attorney or City Manager. 7. Provide meeting space for events related to this MOU and other events related to the development of the Project at no cost.
City will. 5.1.1 Commit a Project Manager (see Section 1.1) and relevant subject matter experts, as needed, for successful project delivery. 5.1.2 Lead development or procedural discussions, provide train the trainer documentation, and conduct end-user training sessions, as needed. 5.1.3 Provide technical resources for video streaming. 5.1.4 Provide technical resources as required for add-in installation on client workstations and end-user support.
City will a. Provide final review, approval and submission of Annual Performance and Financial Reports to Province; b. Provide final review, approval and submission of the One-Year Tactical Plan to Province; c. Be main point of contact with DBC for reporting obligations; and d. Be main point of contact for City of Courtenay Council.
City will. 1. Contribute Four Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($430,000 in LEAP Funds) towards the total value of the Project to be used solely for the LEAP Plan portion of the Project. 2. Remit payment to SCAG using its general fund for the Project, within thirty (30) days of receipt of SCAG’s invoice for the CITY contribution as set forth in Section 2.B.1 above. 3. Manage invoicing for the LEAP funds to HCD based on the Consultant invoices and the confirmed funding allocation information provided in Section 2.A.4. 4. Participate in procurement of the Consultant as well as coordination calls and meetings with all parties and Consultant throughout the development of the Project. 5. Actively engage in the development of the Project including, but not limited to, promptly responding to all correspondence (i.e., to phone calls and emails) so as to avoid unreasonable delay of the Project. 6. Use its best efforts to complete its review of the deliverables and invoices within twenty-one (21) working days of receipt from SCAG. 7. Complete its review and provide approval of the deliverables and invoices for services rendered through June 30th within seven (7) working days of receipt from SCAG.

  • You will (a) provide us on request all information in your agent's possession or control of you or your agents as may be required to be filed or disclosed pursuant to Applicable Law, in each case regarding us, you, the Customer Documents or any Contract, Client Contract; (b) file (within any applicable time periods) such reports, letters and other communications as may be required from time to time by any Regulatory Body relating to you or us, you, the Customer Documents, or any Contract, Client Contract; and (c) send a copy of all such reports referred to in paragraph (b) above to us promptly upon such filing, and we may send a copy of the same to any relevant Exchange, Clearing House member or Broker.
