City review of Agreement. The Developer and Landowner must provide a copy of the proposed Community Housing Provider Agreement to the City, and obtain the City’s written confirmation that the proposed Community Housing Provider Agreement meets the requirements of clause 3.1 of Schedule 3, prior to execution of the Community Housing Provider Agreement.
