Common use of City Representative Clause in Contracts

City Representative. City will make available to Contractor a qualified project manager who will be authorized to make binding decisions for the City regarding this Agreement and will promptly: (1) review all specifications, technical materials and other documents submitted by Contractor, request necessary corrections, and approve such documents; (2) provide requested City information and data and assume responsibility on the adequacy of the same; (3) advise Contractor of City’s requirements; and (4) upon request provide access to City’s staff, facility and hardware.
