The CITY REPRESENTATION clause serves to formally state the authority and capacity of the city to enter into and perform the obligations outlined in the agreement. City Representation. The City Manager for the City of La Mesa, or its designated representative, shall represent the City in all matters pertaining to the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement and shall administer said Agreement on behalf of the City. This person shall hereinafter be referred to as the "City's Representative."

City Representation. The public may perceive a User’s postings and e-mail as official City policy. When using e-mail, the Internet, and other on-line services provided by the City, Users should remember that they represent the City. Users shall avoid making statements of personal opinion that may be misinterpreted as official City policy. Users must recognize that anything they put in writing may become a public record, regardless of the original intent of the message.
City Representation. 3.1.1. The Director will administer the Agreement and, as such, has authority to act on behalf of the City to the extent provided in the Agreement. The Director’s assigned duties, responsibilities and limits of authority may not be changed without the City’s prior written consent. 3.1.2.
