Your dissertation will be listed and indexed in the Emory Library Online Catalog and in the ETD repository, but the content, the full text of your thesis or dissertation and any supplementary files, will not be accessible until the expiration of the restricted access period. Least Restrictive Environment The Board and the Association acknowledge that the policy of least restrictive environment is legally mandated and intended in the best educational interest of the student. LINE OF CREDIT LIMITS. You will be notified of each specific Credit Limit for each Feature Category for which You are approved. Unless You are in default, any Credit Limits established for You will generally be self-replenishing as You make payments. You will keep Your unpaid balance within Your Credit Limit set by Us, and You will pay any amount over Your Credit Limit on Our demand whether or not We authorize the advances which caused You to exceed Your Credit Limit. Funding Restrictions If the Plan is ever determined to be governed by ERISA, nothing herein shall be interpreted to prevent the Plan from complying with the benefit restrictions of Section 436 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or any other applicable law, including all restrictions on lump sum payments.
Zone File Access Agreement Registry Operator will enter into an agreement with any Internet user, which will allow such user to access an Internet host server or servers designated by Registry Operator and download zone file data. The agreement will be standardized, facilitated and administered by a Centralized Zone Data Access Provider, which may be ICANN or an ICANN designee (the “CZDA Provider”). Registry Operator (optionally through the CZDA Provider) will provide access to zone file data per Section 2.1.3 of this Specification and do so using the file format described in Section 2.1.4 of this Specification. Notwithstanding the foregoing, (a) the CZDA Provider may reject the request for access of any user that does not satisfy the credentialing requirements in Section 2.1.2 below; (b) Registry Operator may reject the request for access of any user that does not provide correct or legitimate credentials under Section 2.1.2 below or where Registry Operator reasonably believes will violate the terms of Section 2.1.5. below; and, (c) Registry Operator may revoke access of any user if Registry Operator has evidence to support that the user has violated the terms of Section 2.1.5 below.
Export Restriction 37.1 Notwithstanding any obligation under the Contract to complete all export formalities, any export restrictions attributable to the Procuring Entity, to Kenya, or to the use of the products/goods, systems or services to be supplied, which arise from trade regulations from a country supplying those products/goods, systems or services, and which substantially impede the Supplier from meeting its obligations under the Contract, shall release the Supplier from the obligation to provide deliveries or services, always provided, however, that the Supplier can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Procuring Entity that it has completed all formalities in a timely manner, including applying for permits, authorizations and licenses necessary for the export of the products/goods, systems or services under the terms of the Contract. Termination of the Contract on this basis shall be for the Procuring Entity's convenience pursuant to Sub-Clause 35.3.
