Circle-Defined Roles. In addition to the Accountabilities of the Core Roles defined in this Section 6.5, a Circle shall define additional Accountabilities necessary or desirable given its Scope, and delegate authority for enacting such Accountabilities by creating one or more Circle-Defined Roles and assigning one or more such Accountabilities to each such Role. The Circle defining such Roles and Accountabilities may amend or remove the same from time to time as it deems necessary or desirable given its Scope. Notwithstanding the foregoing, all such creation, amendment, or removal of Roles or Accountabilities shall take place in a Governance Meeting of the Circle, and no Circle shall have the authority to cause such creation, amendment, or removal to happen through any means other than a Governance Meeting of the Circle which contains or will contain such Roles or Accountabilities, except as a temporary measure as provided for in Section 6.6.

  • FTE Definition Part-time teacher FTE will be determined by the ratio of the teacher’s actual assignable time to the teacher assignable time of a full-time assignment in the teacher’s school. This FTE will be used to calculate the maximum prorated portion of a teacher’s instructional time.

  • City of Melbourne Definition For the purposes of determining Site Allowance in accordance with this Agreement, the boundaries of the “City of Melbourne” are defined as follows: Commencing at the point where Citylink (Tullamarine Freeway) intersects Racecourse Road, proceed east along Racecourse Road, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Avenue, Macarthur Road Cemetery Road West, Cemetery Road East and Princes Street to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street. Then south on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street to Victoria Parade. In Victoria Parade, proceed east to Punt Road, then south along Punt Road to the St Kilda Junction. From the St Kilda Junction proceed along Fitzroy Street to Beaconsfield Parade, and then north-west along Beaconsfield Parade, Beach Street and The Boulevarde and following the waterline to Lorimer Street, and then east along Lorimer Street as far as Citylink (Western Link). Follow Citylink north to Racecourse Road to complete the boundary. The City of Melbourne zone will also include the area bounded by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, Victoria Parade’ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Street, and Alexandra Parade. Where one boundary of a project fronts at least one of the above streets, then such project is deemed to be within the City of Melbourne.
