Choice of Law and Forum Selection. The Agreement shall be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Wisconsin. The forum for any and all disputes, controversies, and/or claims arising out of or relating to the Agreement, or the breach thereof, shall be the Circuit Court of Dane County, Wisconsin, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
