Children’s Program Sample Clauses
Children’s Program. Subject to the closure schedule set by the relevant School Board, the parties agree to implement the following terms to accommodate program closure of the Children’s Program between Christmas and New Year’s, March Break and August closure (the “Closures”). Any employee in the Children’s Program who wishes to work during a Closure may make such request in accordance with the Employer’s notice requirements. Where the Employer determines that it can accommodate such requests the employees will be reassigned by the Employer during the Closure. In the event there is not sufficient work for all employees who wish to work, the Employer shall assign available work in accordance with seniority among the employees requesting to work.
Children’s Program. If in TRUSTe's reasonable judgement, the Site is ------------------ directed at children under the age of 13 or at users whose ages are known to be under the age of 13. Licensee of that Site shall also abide by the requirements of TRUSTe's Children Seal Program attached as Appendix ▇.
Children’s Program. The normal schedule for the Children's Program shall take into account norms for any applicable School Board and shall generally be: Monday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Tuesday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Wednesday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm* * The employees are entitled to a total of two and one-half (2½) hours in paid lunch breaks per week to be taken as follows:
a. One (1) hour of the lunch break time shall be taken between 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Wednesdays;
b. One (1) hour of the lunch break time shall be scheduled by the Employer. The Employer agrees to make best efforts to schedule this break based upon the employees preference where the needs of the people we support permit; and
c. One half (1/2) hour of the lunch break time shall be taken between 3:30 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays. The employees are eligible, provided the needs of the people we support permit such breaks, for up to two (2) breaks of up to fifteen (15) minutes each per regular full-time shift. Breaks are not bankable if missed. In the case of the Children’s Program, the Employer may change the day on which employees work until 5:00 p.m. provided that affected employees are provided with a minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice of such change.
