Common use of Chief Executive Office; Records Clause in Contracts

Chief Executive Office; Records. (a) As of the date hereof, the chief executive office of each Debtor is located at the address indicated on Schedule D hereto for such Debtor. No Debtor will move its chief executive office except to such new location as such Debtor may establish in accordance with the last sentence of this Section 2.4. A complete set of books of account and records of each Debtor relating to the Accounts, Chattel Paper and Documents are, and will continue to be, kept at such chief executive office, at one or more of the other record locations set forth on Schedule D hereto for such Debtor or at such new locations as such Debtor may establish in accordance with the last sentence of this Section 2.4.
