Common use of Check Meters Clause in Contracts

Check Meters. Buyer may at its option and expense install and operate one or more check meters to check Seller’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes and shall not be used in the measurement of Net Energy or Ancillary Services for the purposes of this Agreement. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by the Seller or its designee. The installation and operation thereof shall, however, be done entirely by Buyer at no cost or expense to Seller. The Seller shall grant to Buyer, at no cost or expense, the right to install such check meters at the Electricity Delivery Point and the right to access such check meters at reasonable times as requested by Buyer if such check meters are located on the Premises.

Seller shall grant to Buyer at no cost or expense to Seller. The Seller shall grant to Buyer, at no cost or expense, the right to install install, operate, maintain, clean, repair, remove, replace, test, calibrate and adjust such check meters and portions thereof at the Electricity each Delivery Point and the right to access such check meters at reasonable times as requested by Buyer if such check meters are located on the PremisesSeller’s premises.
