Check Cashing Period. Participating Class Members will have one hundred eighty (180) days from the date Settlement Checks are issued by the Settlement Administrator to cash, deposit, or otherwise negotiate their Settlement Check. Any Settlement Checks not cashed within that period shall become void and the Settlement Administrator shall issue a “stop payment” thereon. Any amount remaining in the QSF twenty (20) days after the expiration of the 180-day check cashing period will be returned to Defendants.

  • Billing Period The calendar month shall be the standard period for all charges and payments under this Agreement.
