Charter School Organizational Responsibilities. 2.1. Student Enrollment and Retention. The Charter School shall enroll students according to T.C.A. § 00-00-000. The Charter School shall not discriminate with respect to admissions on the basis of race, color, ethnicity, religion, national origin, English language proficiency, sex, disability, or the need for special education and related services as set forth in the Charter School’s Application and the Act.
