Charging Your Account. When you transmit a payment request, you authorize us to charge your designated account on the date we process the payment (e.g., the day we initiate payment by an ACH entry or pay a check). We may treat online checks with the same effect as if you had signed them. You may not stop the payment of an online check once the transaction has been posted to your account.
