Online Bill Payment Service. This section provides guidance on the use of our Online Bill Payment Service, which allows you to direct us or our Service Provider to make payments from your Accounts to Payees that you choose in accordance with this Agreement.
Online Bill Payment Service. The Online Bill Payment Services (“Bill Payment Services”) allows you to make payments to others. Participation in Bill Payment Services is voluntary. In order to enroll, you must accept the Terms and Conditions of Bill Payment Services (the “Bill Pay Terms and Conditions”) when you first login to Bill Payment Services after registration. The Bill Pay Terms and Conditions are controlling only as specifically applied to your use of Bill Payment Services. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY HEREIN, OR IN THE BILL PAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS, if you use Bill Pay Services and you are not a natural person, then the following paragraphs of the Bill Pay Terms and Conditions do not apply: Your Liability for Unauthorized Transfers and the process for resolving errors outlined in the Errors and Questions section.
Online Bill Payment Service. In addition to the general provisions for Online Services, the following provisions apply to the Online Bill Payment Service.
Online Bill Payment Service. By using the Online Bill Payment Service, you agree that we will debit your designated account by electronic transfer, “no signature required draft,” or by debiting and remitting funds on your behalf. You may designate only one Checking account from which Bill Payments are made. If the Bank institutes a monthly charge, it will be deducted from your Checking account within the first ten (10) days of the month following the month of service. To make payment through the Online Bill Payment Service, you must designate:
Online Bill Payment Service. The Online Bill Payment service, also known as Bill Pay, is one of the On-line Financial Services available through Online Banking. You may use Bill Pay to direct Institution to make payments from your designated, eligible checking account to the Merchants you choose in accordance with this Agreement.
Online Bill Payment Service. This Service allows you to obtain information about your accounts and transactions, communicate with us electronically, and make payments to others.
Online Bill Payment Service. The Online Bill Payment service (if you obtain that service from the Bank) is accessed through Online Banking. You agree not to give or make available your Password, User ID or other means to access your account to any unauthorized individuals. You are responsible for all transactions and payments made using the Services. If you permit other persons to use the Services with your User ID, Password or other means to access your account, you are responsible for any transactions they authorize. In order to protect yourself against fraud, you should adhere to the following guidelines: Do not give out your account information, User ID or Password; Do not leave your Access Device unattended while you are in the Bank's Online Banking Site; Never leave your account information within range of others; and Do not send privileged account information (account number, Password, etc.) in any public or general e-mail system. If you believe your User ID and/or Password has been lost or stolen, compromised, or that someone may attempt to use the Services without your consent or has transferred money without your permission, or you suspect any fraudulent activity on your account, call the Bank immediately at 0.000.000.0000 during our normal call center hours which are posted on our Website. Telephoning the Bank is the best way of minimizing your losses and liability. If you believe your Password has been lost or stolen, please use the Password change feature within the Online Banking to change your Password. For additional online security information, please refer to the Security Center on our web-site.
Online Bill Payment Service. You must designate the Bank account(s) from which the payments are to be made; the complete name of the payee, the account number, and the payee's remittance address, all exactly as shown on the billing statement or invoice; the amount of the payment; and the date you want the payment processed. If the date you want the payment processed is not a business day, your payment will be processed the next business day by 6:00 p.m. By using Services Banking Bill Payment, you agree that, based upon instructions received under your password, we can charge your designated account by electronic transfer, "no signature required draft", or by debiting and remitting funds on your behalf. You also agree that your bill payments will be charged to the accounts requested by you. We reserve the right to refuse to pay any payee designated by you. If we do so, we will notify you promptly.
Online Bill Payment Service. Through the Services (both Mobile and Online Banking), you can make Bill Payments subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and of this section.
