Common use of Charges for Loans Clause in Contracts

Charges for Loans. The amount that is charged by the society or lending authority in respect of a loan to a home owner by way of interest and management fee shall not exceed the equivalent, calculated with annual rests, of 5¾ per centum per annum of the amount of the loan that for the time being remains to be repaid.
