Common use of Charges/Fees Clause in Contracts

Charges/Fees. The Borrower shall have to pay to the Bank applicable Processing Fee, documentation charges, Cheque/ECS/ACH/Standing Instruction return charges, Late Payment Charges, and all such charges mentioned in the Facility Agreement. All Charges/Fees will be subject to applicable Tax. Any such Charges/Fees/Tax should be paid to the Bank by the Borrower forthwith upon debit, or along with the next following EPI.
