Common use of CHARGES, BILLING AND PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

CHARGES, BILLING AND PAYMENT. 7.1. The Service Provider shall be liable to pay NBI for all charges and fees set out in the Wholesale Bitstream and VUA Price List set at Schedule to this Agreement (the “Charges”). NBI reserves the right to update the Wholesale Bitstream and VUA Price List and publish it on NBI’s website in accordance with the NBP Agreement.
