CHARGES, BILLING AND PAYMENT. 5.1 The Service Provider shall be liable to pay NBI for all charges and fees set out in the InterConnect and SES Price List set at Schedule 5 to this Agreement (the “Charges”). NBI reserves the right to update the InterConnect and SES Price List and publish it on NBI’s Public Portal in accordance with the NBP Agreement.
