Charge Paramedic Stipend. All non-probationary firefighter/paramedics are eligible to receive a stipend while working in the capacity of charge paramedic on IDPH designated transport units. An employee acting in the role of charge paramedic equal to or greater than 8 hours in a shift shall be compensated for all hours worked in the capacity of charge paramedic on such occasion, as provided herein. Charge paramedic pay will be prorated hour for hour based upon an amount of $20.00 for a 24-hour period. Eligibility of the stipend will be based upon possession of one of the following current certifications and/or licenses: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS), Critical Care Paramedic Certification (CCP-C), Flight Paramedic Certification (FP- C), Tactical Paramedic Certification (TP-C), Critical Care Emergency Medical Technician Paramedic (CCEMT-P), National Registry Paramedic (NRP), Community Paramedic Certified (CP-C), Registered Nurse (RN). Additional certifications and/or licenses may be made eligible at the Fire Chiefs discretion. Charge paramedics on IDPH designated non-transport units and charge paramedics assigned to special event vehicles will not be eligible for the charge paramedic stipend unless the special event assignment occurs as part of a charge paramedic’s scheduled shift day.

  • Base Management Fee The Base Management Fee shall be calculated at an annual rate of 2.0% of the Company’s average gross assets. The Base Management Fee shall be payable quarterly in arrears, and shall be calculated based on the average value of the Company’s gross assets at the end of the two most recently completed calendar quarters. All or any part of the Base Management Fee not taken as to any quarter shall be deferred without interest and may be taken in such other quarter as the Adviser shall determine. The Base Management Fee for any partial month or quarter shall be appropriately pro rated.

  • Asset Management Fees (i) Except as provided in Section 8.03(ii) hereof, the Company shall pay the Advisor as compensation for the services described in Section 3.03 hereof a monthly fee (the “Asset Management Fee”) in an amount equal to one-twelfth of 0.75% of the sum of the Cost of Real Estate Investments and the Cost of Loans and other Permitted Investments. The Advisor shall submit a monthly invoice to the Company, accompanied by a computation of the Asset Management Fee for the applicable period. The Asset Management Fee shall be payable on the last day of such month, or the first business day following the last day of such month. The Asset Management Fee may or may not be taken, in whole or in part, as to any period in the sole discretion of the Advisor. All or any portion of the Asset Management Fees not taken as to any period shall be deferred without interest and may be paid in such other fiscal period as the Advisor shall determine.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

The Employer agrees that a Union xxxxxxx will be given an opportunity to interview each new employee within regular working hours, without loss of pay, for thirty (30) minutes sometime during the first thirty (30) days of employment for the purpose of acquainting the new employee with the benefits and duties of Union membership and the employee's responsibilities and obligations to the Employer and the Union.
