Common use of Charge Nurses Clause in Contracts

Charge Nurses. An experienced registered nurse with demonstrated clinical and leadership skills who has been selected by the Employer to serve as a leader and resource person to the staff on specific units on the nurse's shift. Nurses assigned charge responsibilities will have these additional responsibilities considered in their direct patient care assignments.
