Charge For Use of Home Garaged County Vehicle. Employees hired after July 1, 1994 who are assigned vehicles to garage at home will be charged the IRS mileage rate for all commute miles driven outside the limits of Contra Costa County that exceed thirty (30) miles round-trip in any one day.
