Changes to Schedule. Changes to the work schedule after its posting may be made after consulting with the Employees concerned. The Employer will make reasonable effort to give timely notice of the change. Where an Employee’s hours of work are changed without giving the Employee forty-eight (48) hours notice of the change, the Employee shall be offered a comparable shift within thirty (30) days of the cancelled shift.
