  • Changes to the Notice Information Either Party may change this information by giving five Business Days written notice prior to the effective date of the change.

  • CHANGES TO THE ORIGINAL LEARNING AGREEMENT The section to be completed during the mobility is needed only if changes have to be introduced into the original Learning Agreement. The procedure has to be decided by the sending institution, depending on the national legislation.

  • Changes to tariffs and charges (a) If we vary our standing offer prices, we will publish the variation in a newspaper and on our website at least 10 business days before it starts. We will also include details with your next bill if the variation affects you.

  • Amendments - Changes/Extra Work The Subrecipient shall make no changes to this Contract without the County’s written consent.
