CHANGES TO LEASE. This Lease, along with any future adjustments of rent, reassignment of dwelling unit, payments made by the resident, etc. shall be considered evidence that PCHA and Resident have entered into an agreement that states the responsibilities of both parties to each other, to other Residents, and to the dwelling unit and surrounding premises.
