Changes to Gross Floor Area of Affordable Housing. (a) Where a Development Consent is modified under section 4.55 of the Act in a manner that decreases the minimum Gross Floor Area of Onsite Affordable Housing, as calculated in accordance with clause 2.1 of Schedule 3, the minimum Gross Floor Area of Affordable Housing to be provided on the Land as part of the Development will be decreased accordingly.
