Changes to Development Plan. Licensee may not amend, change or otherwise modify the Development Plan without providing a written update thereof to WU. WU will be provided a reasonable opportunity to review and comment on any such amendment or modification of the Development Plan, and Licensee shall give due consideration to all comments provided by WU.
