Changes to Current Plan. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the Union agrees that the Township may change insurance carriers, self-insure in part, and/or modify the Hospitalization/Health Care Insurance Plan during the term of this Agreement. The Union agrees that the Employer may provide Hospitalization/Health Care Insurance through a high-deductible insurance policy supplemented by a program of self-insurance. The terms and conditions of any change shall be at the discretion of the Board of Trustees, provided that the co-payments, deductibles and out-of pocket expenses paid by the employee do not increase from the Current Plan, and the coverage provided is substantially similar to the Current Plan.
