Changes to Benefits. ‌ In the event the Employer modifies its current plans or provides alternative plan(s), the Employer will review the plan changes with the Union at least twenty (20) days prior to the intended implementation date. Employees will be given at least fifteen (15) days notice of any changes to insured benefits.
