CHANGES IN THE WORK (CHANGE ORDER. The Owner may, as the need arises, order changes in the work through additions, deletions, or modifications in the appropriate proportion of the Contract Amount, without invalidating the Contract. Compensation and time of completion affected by the change shall be adjusted at the time of ordering such change.
