Changes in Technology. a) The employee acknowledges that from time to time the Employer may introduce new systems and technologies to meet customer demands or to achieve greater efficiency and which is in the best interest of the organisation and its employees. This could require the employee to undertake reasonable training or complete documentation / record keeping requirements to comply with new systems. b) The unions agree that change and adaptation of this nature is a requirement of the job. c) Technological change will made consistent with the consultation clause of this collective and good faith requirements of the Employment Relations Act 2000. d) The unions and union members agree to cooperate with such processes and to notify the Employer of any concerns the employee has with proposed changes in good faith and to work to resolve any issues. The final decision will be that of the employer.
