Franchise Fee Not Required. In accordance with Section 15,2-2108.1: I (C) of the Code of Virginia, notwithstanding the provisions of 47 U.S.C. § 542, the Franchisee shall not be required to pay a franchise fee, except as otherwise provided in Sections 7.2 through 7.7 of this Agreement.
