Common use of Changes in Program Clause in Contracts

Changes in Program. At Learn & Fly’s sole discretion, it may amend, modify, or change the Program or terms of this Agreement or the Parent Hanbook. Learn & Fly will notify you at least seven days in advance of any such change becoming effective at the email or other address you provide in this Agreement or any updated address you subsequently provide to us in writing. This Agreement is executed on the last date signed by the parties hereto (“Effective Date”).
