Changes in Plans. 22.04.01 Any changes, deletions or additions to the welfare benefits shall be negotiated with the Union. 22.04.02 The benefits payable to an eligible employee, under the Plans set out in this Article shall be subject to the provisions and limitations set out in the contract between the Employer and the insurance carrier.
