Common use of Changes in Information Clause in Contracts

Changes in Information. During the period from the date of this ---------------------- Agreement to the Closing Date, Sellers shall give Buyer prompt written notice of any material change in, or any of the information contained in, the representations and warranties made in or pursuant to this Agreement or of any event or circumstance which, if it had occurred on or prior to the date hereof, would cause any of such representations or warranties not to be true and correct in any material respect.
