Common use of Changes in Fees Clause in Contracts

Changes in Fees. Maplesoft may, in its sole discretion, change prices, terms and conditions of this Agreement to be effective upon a Renewal Term (as set forth in Section 9.1), provided Maplesoft gives not less than 60 days’ written notice to Customer of such changes prior to the commencement of such Renewal Term.
