If we establish a new fee or increase an existing fee you must pay for the use of NetTeller Online Banking or any feature of NetTeller Online Banking, we will send you any notice of the new fee or increase that applicable law requires us to send you. If applicable law does not require us to send you any notice of the new fee or increase, we will either send you a notice of it or post a notice of it on our World Wide Web site. We will not have to notify you if we decrease or eliminate an existing fee for the use of NetTeller Online Banking or any feature of NetTeller Online Banking.
