Changes in Fee. The Fee shall be changed only by a mutual agreement by the Contractor and the County transmitted as a Contract Amendment. The Contractor shall, when required by the County, furnish to the County the method and justification used in computing the change in fee as related to the services ordered. Changes in Contract Period Only a Contract Amendment shall change the Contract Periods. Changes in the services described in a. above and the County shall evaluate any other claim made by the Contractor for a change in the Contract Period and if the conditions warrant, an appropriate adjustment of the Contract Periods will be made.
