CHANGES IN DUES AMOUNTS Clause Samples
The "CHANGES IN DUES AMOUNTS" clause establishes the process by which the amount of dues payable under an agreement may be modified. Typically, this clause outlines the conditions under which dues can be increased or decreased, such as requiring advance notice to members or specifying a review period for adjustments. Its core function is to provide a clear and fair mechanism for updating dues in response to changing circumstances, thereby ensuring transparency and predictability for all parties involved.
