Change to Benefits. (1) If employee wants to make additions, deletions, or changes to enrollment in the medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account plans, and/or accident off the job insurances, he/she will have to log into the Employee Self Service (ESS). If Participant elects to not participate in the County payroll system, Participant will define how their participating employees will make additions, deletions, or changes in the medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account plans and/or accident off the job insurances.
