Common use of Change Request Process Clause in Contracts

Change Request Process. In the event that circumstances warrant a change to accomplish the Scope of Work as described above, a Change Request shall be submitted that meets the following criteria: 1) The Project Manager shall draft a written Change Request for review and approval by the City Manager to include: (a) the name of the person requesting the change; (b) a summary of the required change; (c) the start date for the change; (d) the reason and necessity for change; (e) the elements to be altered; and (f) the impact of the change.
