Common use of Change Order Request Clause in Contracts

Change Order Request. 1.1 Either Party may submit a Change Order Request to the other Party at any time in the form appended as Annex 1 to this Schedule E. The Change Order Request shall be signed by the Service Provider or Client contact person, as applicable. The Change Order Request shall contain sufficient information concerning the requested change, including any impact on Support Services, prescribed Support Services standards, and Service Provider compensation, for the recipient Party to undertake an informed assessment and decision in regard to the request. 1.2 The Party in receipt of the Change Order Request shall use all reasonable commercial efforts to respond to the Change Order Request within the requested time period.
