Change of Name or Location of Loan Files. The Servicer shall notify the Administrative Agent prior to changing its name, moving the location of its principal place of business and chief executive office, changing the offices where it keeps records concerning the Collateral from the address set forth in Section 12.02, or changing the jurisdiction of its formation.
