Change of Name, Etc. This Deed shall remain valid and enforceable notwithstanding any change in the name, composition or constitution of the Note Trustee or the Current Issuer or any amalgamation, merger or consolidation by the Note Trustee or the Current Issuer, with any other corporation (whether, in the case of the Current Issuer, permitted under the Current Issuer Transaction Documents or not).
