Common use of Change of Management or Financial Condition Clause in Contracts

Change of Management or Financial Condition. Prompt notice of any change in the senior management of Borrower, any other Obligor or any of their respective Subsidiaries, any change in the business, assets, liabilities, financial condition, results of operations or business prospects of Borrower, any other Obligor, or any of their respective Subsidiaries which has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, or any other event or circumstance which has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect;
