Common use of Change of Management or Financial Condition Clause in Contracts

Change of Management or Financial Condition. Prompt notice of any change in the senior management of the company that manages the properties on behalf of the Borrower (which, as the date hereof, is deemed to be the following persons: Xxx X. Xxxxx and Xxx Xxxxx), any change in the business, assets, liabilities, financial condition, results of operations or business prospects of the Borrower, any other Obligor, or any of their respective Subsidiaries which has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, or any other event or circumstance which has had or could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect (such change, event or circumstance, a “Material Change”);
