Common use of CHANGE OF ANNUITANT Clause in Contracts

CHANGE OF ANNUITANT. If the Participant is an individual, the Participant may change the Annuitant(s) at any time prior to the Annuity Date. To make a change, the Participant must send a written notice to Us at least 30 days before the Annuity Date. If the Participant is a non-natural person, the Participant may not change the Annuitant.
