Change Name or Location. At all times after the date hereof and until such time as there are no Obligations due to the Secured Parties or this Agreement is sooner terminated, the Company shall not, except upon 10 days’ prior written notice to the Secured Parties, change its company name or conduct its business under any name other than that set forth herein or change its jurisdiction of organization or incorporation, chief executive office, place of business from the current location.
