Common use of Change in Credit and Collection Policy Clause in Contracts

Change in Credit and Collection Policy. No Originator will make, or direct the Servicer to make, any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Majority Lenders. Promptly following any change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Originator will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy to the Buyer, Administrative Agent and each Lender.

No Such Originator will make, or direct the Servicer to make, not make any material change in the Credit and Collection Policy without the prior written consent of the Administrative Agent and the Majority Lenders. Promptly following any change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the Originator will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy and a summary of all changes to the Buyer, the Administrative Agent and each LenderPurchaser.

Promptly following any change in the Credit and Collection Policy, the such Originator will deliver a copy of the updated Credit and Collection Policy to the Buyer, Administrative Agent and each Lender.
